We're at 1109 Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee — right on the main strip. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance is about a 1-minute walk from our front door. Ober Mountain Tramway is 3 minutes on foot, Ole Smoky Moonshine is 5 minutes, and SkyLift Park is about 8 minutes. You can park your car when you check in and walk to pretty much everything.
Every room includes free Daybreak breakfast (6:30–9:30 AM daily — pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice), free WiFi, free parking (including bus/coach parking), heated indoor pool access year-round, outdoor pool in summer, and 24-hour front desk. No resort fees or hidden charges.
We have 8 room types: Deluxe King, Deluxe 2 Queen, King Jacuzzi Suite (popular for couples), King Fireplace Suite (great in winter), King Balcony Room (mountain views), Bi-Level Loft Suite (families love the spiral staircase — sleeps 4), Triple Suite (sleeps 6, only one available), and ADA Accessible Rooms. All rooms have WiFi, mini fridge, microwave, and flat-screen TV.
